Nice 3 hour kite sesh with the crew. This morning I have a brace on my right knee, ice pack on my left "tennis" elbow, heating pad on my neck (hurt a few weeks ago surfing), and my abs are sore as hell from boosting. Everyone says I,m too old but I hate golf and I ain't going fishing every day. Back in tmrw if it's windy!

inhaling cool blue , pink rose, and white lights 

exhaling hot reds and dark purple and black, 

taking long slow breaths ...

bringing in peace and letting that serenity be felt from my heart outwards.

the peaceful cells are now surrounding me in a cloud of light 

surrounding all of my being, 

the light is a mist that i can lightly breathe in and out 

riding this mist of light 

until the exhales are as cool as the inhales 

and then i'm just grooving in my surrounding aura
